These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of pointsellingsolutions.com and any related content or materials we publish (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Engagements for services — assessments, training, coaching, fractional sales management, the Sales Playbook — are governed by separate written agreements. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Copy, scrape, or republish content from the Site for commercial use without our written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
• Use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or misleading.
• Use the Site or its content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model without our written permission.

The text, graphics, images, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by The Point Selling Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share our public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes — anything beyond that requires our written permission.

The Site is for general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, or business advice for any specific situation. Case studies describe our work with named clients and are not promises of similar results for any other organization.

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date but make no warranty that everything on it is current, complete, or free of errors. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We provide those links for convenience and don't endorse the content, products, or practices of those sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Point Selling Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
