The Point Selling Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is a sales development services firm that provides training, coaching, fractional sales management, and the Sales Playbook. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit pointsellingsolutions.com or engage us as a client, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you contact us, request a working session, or engage us for services, you may share your name, business name, email address, phone number, role, and details about your sales team and goals.
- Engagement materials. During an engagement we may receive information about your sales process, pipeline, performance metrics, and individual reps (including assessments and coaching notes) so we can do our work.
- Website usage. Our site collects standard technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL — through server logs and basic analytics tools.
- Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client information with the same care we'd want for our own business.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Engagement records are typically retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you and we'll do so where we're not required to keep it.
Your choices
- You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time and still receive transactional messages related to an active engagement.
- You can disable cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
